Mrs. Lucinda J. Beers, a resident of Hall County since 1886, passed away at her home in Doniphan, Neb., at 8 o'clock Friday morning after an illness of two weeks following a severe attack of pneumonia. The deceased was 73 years of age at the time of her demise. She is survived by six children, her husband, Hendrick W. Beers, having preceded her in death in 1913. The surviving children are: Mrs. Chas. Kesel, of Doniphan, Neb.; Mrs. M. H. McDowell, of Bassett, Neb.; Mrs. Albert Cleal, of Long Pine, Neb.; William H. Beers, of Perry, Oklahoma; Wallace D. Beers and Charles J. Beers, both of Doniphan, Neb. Fruneral services will be held on Monday afternoon at two o'clock from the Methodist church in Doniphan. Rev. Kilbourn, of Wayne, Neb, officiating.
