ANNA BURDGE, of FARMINGDALE, died at Community Medical Center, Toms River. She was a nurse's aide at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune, for 20 years before retiring in 1982. She was a communicant of St. Catherine of Sienna Roman Catholic Church, Farmingdale. She was a member of the Farmingdale Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary and the senior citizens clubs of Howell and St. Veronica's Roman Catholic Church. Born in Bayonne, she was a lifelong resident of the Farmingdale area. Her husband, Wilbur M. Burdge, died in 1984. Surviving are a son, Wilbur "Butch" M. Jr.; a daughter, Patricia Fauser; three brothers, Harry Chomko, John Chomko and Joseph Chomko ; a sister, Helen Daly; and three grandchildren.
