The Tucker family settled in Rockwall County, where Charles Clinton was born.
On 4 July 1912, Charles Clinton Tucker married Mayme Sewell in Dallas County, Texas. Together, they would have four children. He died on 11 November 1968 and is buried in Lee Cemetery, Seagoville, Texas, beside his wife, Mayme, who died in 1965.
