Son of Milton Earl Bair and Lydia Allen. Served in U.S. Navy during WW II. Married Elenor Winward on Aug. 3, 1947 and was sealed to her Nov. 18, 1954 in the Idaho Falls LDS temple. He was an inspector for Idaho State Transportation Department until he retired. He served several stake missions and went to Lucedale, Mississippi with his wife on a mission upon retirement. He loved to grow things and had a big garden and small farm. His obituary with photo appeared in The Times-News, Twin Falls, Idaho, 11 May 2004.
