Born Feb. 21, 1899 at Dufur, Ore., she had lived at Hillsboro for 47 years. She was married Nov. 12, 1919 to Leonard L. Brown at Portland.
Mrs. Brown was chaplain of the Women's Relief Corps of Hillsboro, member and past president of the VFW #26666 auxiliary, Hillsboro Rebekah Lodge, and Women's Society of Christian Service of the Hillsboro Methodist Church.
Survivors include the widower Leonard Brown, a son Francis of Hillsboro, two sisters, Thelma Burdg of Sheridan and Helen Bolton of The Dalles, and two grandchildren.
