Fay was the daughter of Alfred and Lula Turner Luce. Her parents are also buried in Garden of Memories. She married Russell Aubrey Daniels. He is buried in Myrtle Springs Cemetery. Fay shares a stone with their son, Melton Dwain Daniels.

OBITUARY: Palestine (TX) Herald-Press, Monday, 10 December 1973:
Mrs. Daniels
Mrs. Faye Daniels, 55, of Elkhart, died at 1:30 p.m. Sunday in her home.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in Hassell & Foster Chapel with the Rev. Michael Daniels officiating. Burial will be in Garden of Memories, Elkhart. The body will be at Hassell & Foster until after chapel rites.
Pallbearers will be Ike Curry, Zack Sheridan, Lee Hudson, Roland Lomax, Joe Billy Burris, Dee Chapman, Fred Starr, and Doug Smith.
Mrs. Daniels was born September 9, 1918 in Houston County to Alfred Luce and Mrs. Lula Turner Luce. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Elkhart, and had resided in Houston and Anderson counties most of her life.
Survivors include her husband, Russell Daniels, Elkhart; three sons, Bobby Daniels of Montalba, Mike Daniels and Dwain Daniels, both of Elkhart; two daughters, Mrs. Phabris Gernon and Mrs. Linda Schitoskey, both of Palestine; five sisters, Mrs. Gladys Lomax, Mrs. Minnie Belle Sheridan, and Mrs. Ardell Head, all of Elkhart; Mrs. Maude Land of Crockett, and Mrs. Mildred Greene of Dublin and nine grandchildren.
The family will receive condolence calls at the residence of Mrs. Phabris Gernon, North Jackson.
