Frank Fulford, 75, of Harkers Island, died May 27, 2007 at Carteret Gerneral hospital in Morehead city.

A funeral will be held at 11 Aa.m. Wednesday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Harkers Island. Burial will follow at Red Hill cemetery.
He was a member of the Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Harkers Island and of Chrissie Wright Masonic Lodge. He was a veteran and retired with the U.S. Army as a major with three Purple Hearts. He also retired with Civil Service at Cherry Point.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Fulford; son, Mark Burns Fulford; and Mother Pennie Fulford.
Survivors include his son, John fulford; father, Owen Burns Fulford; sister, Peggy Hackworth, all of Harkers Island; and three grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Parkinson's Disease Foundation, the William Black Medical Research building, Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, 640 W. 168th St., New York, NY
