Lula Isabel Webb, 77, a resident of Borger for the past 20 years, died at 8:30 p.m. Monday at her home at Wilson and Hackberry following a lengthy illness.

She is survived by her husband of Borger; three sons, Barton and Tom Bynum, both of Borger, and Dave Bynum of Fort Worth; five daughters, Mrs. Sammy Davis, Borger; Mrs. Nora Phillips, San Diego, Calif.; Mrs. Geneva McCaffree, Levelland, Tex.; and Mrs. Elizabeth Smith and Mrs. Blanchie Sargent, both of Bakersfield, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Sula Lewis, Fort Worth, and Mrs. Beulah Hawkins, Plainview; three brothers, Ed Heffner, Tombstone, Ariz.; Fred Heffner, Kittyqua [Quitaque], Tex., and Olen Heffner, Graham, Tex., and also by 26 grandchildren.
