Barbara Jean Cole, 68, of Collierville, Tenn., formerly of Manila, Arkansas, died Monday, June 11, 2007, at Methodist Health Care in Germantown.

Born in Leachville, Arkansas, the daughter of the late C.W. and Hattie Mae Phillips Moore and had been a longtime Manila area resident before making her home in Collierville, Tenn.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Larry Cole; one brother; and two sisters.

Survivors include her husband, Mr. Adam Cole of Collierville; two sons, Justin Cole of Leachville and Russell Cole and his wife, Meg of Madisonville, La.; three daughters, Teresa Peripoali and her husband, Kenneth of Pilsgah Forest, N. C., Tammy Hemphill and her husband, Darrin of Williston, Tenn. and Regina Wells and her husband, Mike of Memphis; her daughter-in-law, Mrs. Linda Cole of Manila; and two sisters, Neda Turner of Blytheville and Veda Owens of Cabot.

Funeral services were in Howard Funeral Chapel at Manila with burial in Manila Cemetery.
