Prolific French character actor. He had over 100 appearences on film and television. He is probably best remembered as the French waiter who served 'Lucy Ricardo' snails in Paris, in a classic episode of "I Love Lucy." He also appeared in countless films including: "How to Marry a Millionaire," in 1953, "What a Way to Go!" in 1964, and "The Jerk" in 1979 once again playing a French waiter serving snails. His last film role came in the 1987 film "Dragnet." Maurice Marsac died at age 92 just three weeks after the death of his wife of 55 years, Melanie.
