Called Annie. Born at the community known as Sizemore Town - family Bible record of her brother Dock S. SIZEMORE confirms this death date, but shows a birthdate of 18 JUN 1880. Daughter of James Marion & Caroline (PATE) SIZEMORE. Married 17 SEP 1896 in Chattahoochee County, Georgia, to Homer Franklin GALLOPS. Homemaker and mother of thirteen children. According to the survey of private cemeteries on Ft. Benning Reservation (1981), a temporary marker for Annie with her dates was found on 10 JAN 1977, but no permanent marker was reported. The survey reports her name as Annie Gerinas Gallops, but this should read Annie Gerina S. Gallops.
