He was the son of the late Carl and Bertha Walbert Brown. Mr. Brown was a Navy veteran and a member of the South Edmonton Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Cope Brown of Edmonton; one son: John Brown of Edmonton; a daughter: Debbie Harper of Edmonton; one brother: Stanley Brown of Edmonton; four sisters: Mary Nance, Pearl Estes, Florence Moore and Martha Gilpin, all of Edmonton; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Chris Brown.
Funeral services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton, with burial in the White Cemetery.
Neal Brown was a co-worker (30 years) and a good friend.
