Rosa married Charles Allen Kendall (1880-1931) 25 Feb 1897.
They had two children: Charles Allen Kendall (1899-1899) and William Robert Kendall (1901-1941).

After Charles died she married Barney Whitmill (1885-1963) in June 1906. They were the parents of four children:
Rosa Vidella Whitmill (1907-1952) m. Arnold Alma Jolley
Alice Pearl Whitmill (1908-1957) m. Elden William Jolley
Estella Katherine Whitmill (1912-1992) m. James Edward Lyon
