She was born on December 9, 1914 in Aurora, Illinois, the daughter of Chester and Celia Atkins. Helen and her family were longtime residents of St. Charles, Illinois.
Her husband, S. Clifford Lindahl and daughter, Cindy Lovi, preceded Helen in death. Helen is survived by daughters, Linnea Burns (Joe) of Virginia Beach, Virginia and Kathy Dehne (Art Aurand); and son, Keith Lindahl (Gayle) of Minnesota; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Mass will be held at Holy Angels Catholic Church in Aurora, Illinois on Saturday, April 21, 2007 at 12:00 p.m. Visitation will be at the church one hour prior to the Mass. Burial will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Aurora.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Leukemia Society.
