STARKVILLE - LaShanned Dannell Staples, 31, died April 5, 2007, at her residence. Services are Saturday at 2 p.m. at Chapel Hill MB Church with the Rev. Kenneth Ashford officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery in Starkville. Visitation is today from noon to 6 p.m. at West Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Starkville. Ms. Staples was born Jan. 5, 1976, in Oktibbeha County. She worked in the skills program and was a Baptist. She is survived by her mother, Mattie Staples of Starkville; sister, Sheree Staples of Starkville; and brothers, Jereme and Quontavious Staples, both of Starkville. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
