She married Daniel Riner in 1858, he died in 1862. Two daughters were born of that union, Mrs. D.S. Danforth and Mrs. Frank Morris. In 1883, she married I. A. Campbell of Camargo, Illinois. He died in 1910.

Sarah Denning Campbell, the oldest daughter of Harrison and Harriet Denning. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Frank Morris, 8 grandchildren. Mrs. Charles Murphy, Arthur, Walter and Ray Danforth, Mrs. Will LeCroy, Mrs. Roger Prior, Mrs. John Reilly, 26 great grandchildren and 3 great, great grandchildren. Mrs. Campbell leaves two brothers, William and Walter Denning who reside in California and a sister, Mrs. W. W. Loudon in Onarga besides many nephews and nieces.
