He was a maintenance supervisor at Chief Industries, Russell, for 23 years and was a farmer, stockman and master craftsman. He was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Lambert Miller and Joseph Miller, an uncle, Fr. Emil Dinkel; and two aunts, Sr. M. Lioba Dinkel and Sr. M. Appollonia Dinkel. Cletus died at Hays Medical Center at age 69.
