|Healey & Roth Funeral Home, 5800 W. 12th Street, as it appeared in 1970 prior to its 1975 merger with Griffin-Leggett Funeral Home. John Albert Healey visited several other prestigious funeral homes in the South to gain ideas for his funeral home. The result was a magnificent Georgian-Colonial design building which he finished in 1964. He filled it with many of the priceless Healey family antiques. After the 1975 merger, the firm became known as Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth.|
