Linn Creek Reveille November 29, 1929 Page 7 -‘Squire Mace Dead-T.M. Mace, aged 74, died at his home on south Main Street, Monday morning. He had been more or less an invalid for many years, but supported himself and his family by shoe mending and for several years in the office of justice, although unable to walk or stand. Of late years, he was able to get around with the aid of a cane until a few days before his death. He was a native of Camden County and had resided in Linn Creek some twenty years. He is survived by his wife, three sons and three daughters. Funeral the Zion Church and Cemetery, Tuesday forenoon.‘Squire Mace had been a member of the Baptist Church forty five years, and was a minister of that denomination for several years.The children who survive are Cornelius, of Evening Shade, MO; Mrs. Belle Rhone, of Akron, O; Ellen Webb, of Wellington, Mo; Wiley, of Mountain Grove, MO; Mary and Roy, of Linn Creek.
