Charles was the son of William and Mary Ann Elizabeth (Hayes) Albea. His siblings were Romulus A, Mary Jane, Martha Eller, James F, William, Columbus and Thomas. He married Mary E Bussell in Hancock Co, IN on April 13, 1889. Their children were Nellie M Albea and Charles H Albea.
