Jacob Field was born on October 5, 1995 to Jorge and Lisa Field, brother Nicolas and sister Danielle.

Jake had a love for baseball. Jake was four years old when he started playing baseball, but always wanted to play whatever sport his brother played. During the off season he would play other sports, Since his brother and cousin played hockey, Jake played hockey. When Jake reached the age of nine years old he played a season of football, just as his brother. Jake excelled in all sports that he played. Jake played on all-star teams in baseball as well as hockey. As all field's before him he had a competitive streak in him.

Besides sports, Jake had other interests. He loved swimming, playing board games, video games, riding bikes, and even reading an occasional good book.

Something very dear to Jacob were his friends and family.

In November 0f 2005 Jake's family learned Jake had a brain tumor. He went into surgery on November 29, 2005, and in many ways he changed from that day forward. He suffered emotional upheaval and physical debilitation due to the tumor. Jake took the job of fighting the cancer so seriously that he rarely smiled and never laughed those infectious laughs that his family was so use to. He fought with everything he had.

On Friday August 4, 2006 at 5:00 PM Jacob passed. He kept his faith in the Lord. He is now resting in the arms of Jesus completely and fully restored.

Awesome son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin.
