ALFRED J. PERUGINI, 75, of Venice died Thursday. A native of Woonsocket, R.I., he moved here five years ago from West Paterson, N.J. He was a retired assistant postmaster in Little Falls, N.J., a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a member of the American Legion and the National Association of Retired Federal Employees.
