Ray and I were in a spousal relationship for 26 years. Raised in Ohio, resided in Arizona since 1980, Ray was in the Air Force and retired from J.C. Penney Co. He went on to work at Robinson's May Stores in furniture. He was an artist who worked mostly in oils and has turned out some great works. He had a laryngectomy operation in 1998 and did very well with that. In recent months complications from pneumonia set in. He will be missed greatly by many.
