Pamelia was my fourth great grandmother. Her husband was James Vanhorn. Her father was the Rev. James A. Hutchinson (Baptist preacher). Her mother was Cynthia Clarke, daughter of Lewis Clarke. This family migrated from New Jersey to Virginia, Georgia and finally in Claiborne County, Mississippi.Daughter of Rev. James A. Hutchinson & Cynthia Clarke. Wife of James Van Horn. Mother to Thaddeus Damascus Van Horn (buried in Lafayette Cemetery # 1, New Orleans, Orleans Parish, Louisiana).
Pamelia's grave was the first one in the Wintergreen Cemetery. It is believed she died with an infant son during child birth.
Tombstone inscription as;

Sacred to the Memory of Pamelia E. Vanhorn a native of Georgia, late consort of James Vanhorn, who depated this life July 18, 1822, in the 20th Year of her Age. (grave has sunken and additional text is below the grass line).
