Obituary - Irene passed away Sunday Dec. 22, 2002. She was born in Lovell, Wy. on June 23, 1912 to Harrison David Rivers and Mary Melvina Owen.
She married Eugene B. Schow on Feb. 9, 1928. They had four children. They moved their family to Layton in 1942. After Eugene's death in 1961, she met and married L. Lloyd Mills in 1963.
She was very active in the LDS Church and held several callngs in different organizations. She had a great love for genealogy work, and served a mission with her second husband in the genealogical library.
She graduated from Stevens Henegar Business College in 1960.
She is survived by Robert (Vione), Jack (Liv), 15 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, and stepson James (Utanah) and their family.
She was preceded in death by Eugene B. Schow, John R. Schow, Dorothy Jean Williams (Willy), L. Lloyd Mills.
