Cruz Felizaña Lopez Grijalva Sunrise June 09, 1931 Sunset January 25, 2007 Called home to be reunited with her deceased parents, Clara Moreno and Juan Lopez and many loved ones. Preceded in death by her husband, Armando; son, Alex Kino Grijalva; brother, Arturo Lopez. Her spirit will live on through her eleven children and two step-daughters, Terry Grijalva Sandoval and Christina Grijalva. Survived by her children, Georgeannie "ChaCha" Llamas, Irene Cordova (Mario), Pauline, Delores Herrera (Sam), Rachel Salomon (Robert), Cruz Armanda (Oel), Marcos (Sylvia), Ignacio, Richard (Cindy), Alfred (Angelica) and Rene Grijalva; sisters, Aurelia Badilla, Josephine Nuñez, Gloria Gomez, Yolanda Torrez and Irene Castellano, brothers, Jose Lopez, John Lopez, Archie Lopez, Edward Lopez, Daniel Lopez and Vidaur G. Moreno. Also survived by forty grandchildren and thirty-five great grandchildren. Cruz retired from Tucson Medical Center, a Comadre to Cristo Rey Church. She enjoyed playing bingo and word search. Her greatest joy was cooking for anyone who came to her home. We will miss our "mom"," sister", "nana", "tia", "comadre", "our sweetie". A special thanks to Amelia "Millie" Gonzalez and Mary Lou Kornmueller and the staff at Holy Cross Carondelet Hospice. Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 31, 2007 from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm at Cristo Rey Church at new pascua, 7500 S. Camino Benem, with a Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass will be offered Thursday, February 01, 2007, 9:00 am at Cristo Rey Church. Interment to follow at Leon Cemetery in Vail, Arizona.
