Mrs. Anderson graduated from Rayville High School and Louisiana State University. She was retired from the Louisiana Dept. of Family Services where she served as a social worker. She was a lifelong member of the Rayville Presbyterian Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Guy Armand Anderson; and her parents, Elizabeth Benson Barton Boykin and Frank Nichols Boykin.
She was survived by two daughters, Nelrose Anderson Sims of Los Angeles, CA, and Betsy Anderson Yancey and husband Ed of Rayville; and 2 grandchildren.
