Gerald Passed away at his home in Salt Lake City. He was the son of Neldon Peter Miner and Geraldine May Hammond. He attended West high school where he excelled in boxing and fast pitch softball. He joined the Marines as a teenager and honorably served in the Korean Conflict. He worked for Sears Roebuck or over 25 years. He married Ann Emms in 1961. They later divorced but remained close friends. Member of he LDS Church where he developed a love for Geneology. He loved Fishing,Camping and Cooking especially with his family. Funeral Serices were held on Friday January 15, 2007 at Holbrook Moruary at 3251 South 2300 East at 11:00 A.M. A Viewing was held there From 9:45-10:45 A.M. prior to serices. Interment followed at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
