My maternal Grandmother. Sometimes I got to to stay with Grandma Helen and Great Grandma Lottie during school vacations. They lived in a cute apartment near the beach in Oceanside. For breakfast she would fix cinnamon toast with loads of real butter and iced tea w/lemon and then pile up the ice cubes higher the glass! She called me 'Sweet Pea' and was always very kind to me. One year she took me to the Festival of Arts and Pageant of the Masters in Laguna Beach and we rode the Greyhound bus up there. What a fun time it was!
I think of Grandma Helen often and will forever treasure my memories of her.

Married to Uriah Hubert Cochran 1904-1965 they divorced and then in 1946 she married Burl Leon ' Andy ' Anderson.
