Milton, July 17-Word has been received here of the death yesterday of Mrs Ida V Everest, widow of Jed W Everest at the home of her daughter Mrs. J M Flynn in Burlington.
Mrs Everest who was born Jan 27 1865, in Milton, leaves son, Van B Everest of this place; five daughters, Mrs R J Brigham , Mrs Ruth McDonough of Milton, Hazel (Everest) Flynn of Burlington, Mrs T M Stewart and Mrs James S French of Concord, NH; nine grandchildren; also a sister, Mrs Jennie Mears of Milton and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held in the Congregational Church in Milton, Wednesday afternoon at 2:30, with Rev T J Hutchinson officiating. Interment will take place in Milton Village Cemetery. Hicks Funeral Home, Inc in charge. The body will lie in state for one hour preceding the service in the church.
