Alice Gonzales, 76, of Lebanon died Friday at her home.

She was born in Phoenix, Ariz., the daughter of Evaristo and Margarita (West) Lopez. She lived in Phoenix until moving to Albany in 1996. She moved to Lebanon a few months ago.

Alice married Claro Gonzales on April 6, 1944, in Phoenix. He proceeded her in death on Nov. 26, 1996.

Her family was her life. Anyone she knew became her family. She enjoyed bingo.

Alice is survived by children Yolanda Reyes of Lebanon, Claro Gonzales, Jennifer Riefler and Luis Gonzales, all of Albany, Margaret Holdren and Richard Gonzales of Phoenix; adopted daughter Linda Douglas of Albany; 21 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; 16 great-great-grandchildren; and brothers James Lopez and Amando West of Phoenix.

A funeral service will be at noon Thursday at Crystal Rose Funeral Home in Tolleson, Ariz. Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery in Tolleson.
