Ruby Gertrude Billingsley was born February 12, 1911 and passed away on September 29, 1997.
She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. T.P. White of Lingo, Missouri, and was married to Henry Billingsley on November 12, 1954 at Goldendale, Washington. They lived at Lost Valley in Gilliam County until poor health brought them to Condon.
Ruby belonged to the Mikkalo Grange, the American Legion Auuxiliary, The Pythian Sisters and Condon Senior Citizens.
She is survived by her husband Henry and four children. They are Harvey LeRoy Miller of Emporia, Kansas; Elsie Rosalia Miller of Pond Creek, Oklahoma; Edgar William Miller of Tillamook, Oregon and Velma Mae Hunt of Lake Oswago. She had fourteen grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and four sisters. Her surviving sisters include Myrtle Wellman and Iona Gwinn of Eddyville, Iowa, Goldie Marshall of Perris, California, and Doris Wellman of Oskaloosa, Iowa. She also left several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Ruby Gertrude Billingsley of Condon were held October 3, at the Condon Baptist Church with interment following at the South Gilliam County Cemetery.
