The Branch/Farthing Cemetery is also known as Pleasant Grove Cemetery. According to the Grandchildren of Dock Taylor Branch, some of the graves are now under water due to the filling of Lake Centralia.
The photos for this cemetery were taken September 18, 1999 by Jim and Lois (Thomas) Branch while on their honeymoon.
Branch/Farthing Cemetery lies on the shore of Lake Centralia near Raccoon Twp., Marion Co. IL.
