James (Vincent) was born in Serra-Pedace, Calabria, Italy.At age 19 he came to the United States through Ellis Island. Moved to Mt.Vernon , N.Y. He met Annunziata De Luca and married her.He moved to Tuckahoe, New York. He owned and operated a contracting company for forty years.He had five children Louis,Angela,Jennie,Rose, and Alfred. James died from a heart attack.
