Moscow, Texas, Feb. 5, 1915 - The body of Doyle Brock, who died at Thornton, was brought here for burial this morning. He leaves a wife, father, and mother, three brothers and one sister. He was born and reared here and at the time of his death he was teaching at Thornton.

The remains of Mr. Doyle Brock who died at Thornton last week, were shipped here last Thursday and laid to rest in the family lot in the cemetery.

Rev. Mr. White of Humble conducted the service at the Methodist church, after which the W.O.W. of Leggett, assisted by the local camp, conducted the service at the grave.

He was a young man about 27 years of age and very promising. He had been married to the girl of his choice, Miss Mildred Jordan, just four months to the day he was buried. Mr. Brock leaves a father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Bud Brock of Leggett, one sister and three brothers, besides his young wife.
