Anna Mae Andrews, 90, of Amarillo died Saturday, Feb. 14, 2009.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in Paramount Baptist Church with Dr. Gil Lain and F.M. Byford officiating. Burial will be at 4 p.m. Thursday in Sayre, Okla., by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia St.

Anna Mae Andrews was born March 11, 1918, in Hayti, Mo., to Wolf and Adeba Khourie. She married Phillip Andrews and resided in Sayre. They moved in 1964 to Amarillo, where they owned and operated Fair Family Clothing Store and retired in 1985. Anna Mae was a longtime member of Paramount Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip Andrews; and a son, Joey Andrews.

Survivors include five nephews, Gene Moses of Sayre, who was like a son, Doug Khourie and Bobby Khourie, both of Hayti, Bill Norman Khourie of Elk City, Okla., and Randy Hinds of Guymon, Okla.; seven nieces, Tammie Lawson of Paducah, Ky., Kay Suddarth of Hayti, and Tina Howell, Elaine Heavin, Patricia McGee, Betty Sue Coleman and Cheryl Crain, all of Amarillo, Ranee Little of Oklahoma; three cousins, Dr. Steven Salamy, Pam Salamy and George Salamy, all of Norman, Okla.; her sisters-in-law, Regina Khourie of Hayti and Marion Khourie of Elk City; and many other nieces and nephews.

The family suggests memorials be to Anna Mae Andrews Scholarship Fund, Paramount Baptist Church, 3801 S. Western St., Amarillo, TX 79109.

The family will receive visitors from 6 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
