Mary Alosia Phillips, 101, a loving wife, mother and grandmother, passed away Thursday, Feb. 16, 2006, in Weatherford.
Mary Alosia Hebert Phillips was born May 31, 1904. She was the daughter of Paul Edward and Mary Leela Hebert. Mary was a member of the Methodist Church. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Ladies Shrine, Ladies Auxiliary of VFW, Navy Mothers, Ladies Auxiliary of the American Legion. Mary also served as president of the Gold Star Mothers.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Walter L. Phillips; sons, Walter Alvin Phillips and Lawrence Marvin Phillips; and two granddaughters.
