Graveside services were held at the Mojave Cemetery Monday for Thomas Edmonds, a lifelong resident of Mojave who was born Feb. 26, 1951. He passed away March 16 in Mojave.
A veteran of the Vietnam War, Mr. Edmonds was a truck driver who expressed his love and gratitude to his friends Russ Julian, Annabelle, Corky, and Gwen Woody, Joyce Ward, Russ and Christy Williford and many other close friends.
He is survived by his brother John (Jack) Edmonds and sister-in-law Shelley of Buckeye, Arizona; brother Danny Boudston of Christmas Tree Valley, Oregon; sister JoAnn Stamper of Petaluma; nephews David Edmonds of Placerville and Eric Edmonds of Rosamond; nieces Heather Edmonds of Sherman oaks and Crystal Stamper of Yerington, Nevada; uncles Ed Moody of Bakersfield and John Moody of Lake Havasu, Arizona.
He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Carmen (Susie) Edmonds, and by his grandmother Mary Hollister.
