Helen Irene Bagby
Helen Irene Bagby, 87, died at 4:20 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 2, 1993, at Parkview Care Center.
The service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Behner Funeral Home with the Rev. Steve Higdon officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Family visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to donor's choice.
Mrs. Bagby was born Sept. 26, 1905, in Jefferson County, the daughter of Fred L. and Olive Crowner Keller. On Feb. 29, 1929[sic], she married Lawrence J. Bagby in Kahoka, Mo., in 1928. He died July 9, 1984. A lifelong resident of Jefferson County, she was a homemaker.
Surviving are a son Max L. Bloomquist of Birmingham; a daughter, Beverly J. Johnston of Junction City, Kan.; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and a brother, Glen Keith Keller of Belton, Mo. Two brothers, Lawrence (Bud) and Vern Keller, and a granddaughter preceded her in death.
