James H. Hendrix notorius bandit, known to officers as "The Gold Tooth Bandit". He was shot and killed by Walter T. Myers while trying to hi-jack his truck. Myers recognizing an inpending ambush pulled his gun and shot first killing him Hendrix instantly. The other 3 bandits were caught soon afterwards.
