DIED—On Sunday, January 13th.,
Jasper Brown of Maligant cancer. Mr.
Brown was an old soldier and has suffered
for a number of years with tbe
dread disease. He has made his
home with bis brother J. C Brown of
Liberty for some time past, and the
funeral services were held at his house
on Tuesday last, after which his re
mains were followed to the Regester
cemetery by a large concourse of friends
and relatives, where his body was laid
to rest.
