12 Mar 1987: Wilson D. Pickard , 72, of 8258 Green Lake Road, Fayetteville, died Wednesday at his home. A native of Clockville, Mr. Pickard lived in Fayetteville 45 years. He retired in 1979 after 35 years with General Crushed Stone. He also had been a farmer in the Fayetteville area. Mr. Pickard was a 32-year member and past master of Fayetteville Lodge 578, F&AM, and received a dedicated service award from the Masons. He was a past patron of Fayetteville Chapter 197, OES. Surviving are his wife, the former Olive Vanderworken; two sons, James D. of East Syracuse and Wilson E. of Fayetteville; a brother, Woodrow of Fayetteville; four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Eaton-Tubbs-Schepp Funeral Home, Fayetteville, the Rev. Frank Congdon officiating. Burial will be in Kirkville Cemetery. Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home, 130 E. Genesee St. Masonic services will be at 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
