Ann Bond passed away October 20th 2013 at the age of 72. She lost her battle to cancer and spent her last precious days with her daughters sisters and brother. She was an avid reader and spent several days a week at The library and was active in her weekly bridge group. Ann was a high school English teacher for many years and eventually retired and began substitute teaching for the SCUC school district. She had to give up teaching due to her illness but she never shyed away from giving her grandsons a grammar lesson. Ann is survived by her daughters Lara Nabers and Kirsten Deiley her two sisters Barbara Graham and Jean Young and her brother Bob Young. She also leaves behind her grandchildren Trey and Andrew Deiley and Patrick and Nathan Nabers. She is preceded in death by her mother Margaret Young and her father Robert Young.
