Mrs. Alexander was born June 24, 1900, in Clarksville. She moved with her family to Westover in 1906. Following high school, she taught school for a year at Black Flat.
She and J. Floyd Alexander were married in 1919. He preceded her in death January 2, 1979. They spent most of their lives farming their land in Westover in Baylor County.
Survivors include a daughter, Lee A. Kulhanek, Olney; brother, Cleat Cockrell, Ft. Worth; and grandson, Monte Kulhanek, Olney.
Arrangements were under direction of the Thompson's Harveson & Cole Inc. Funeral Home.
