FITZPATRICK, Mrs. J. L. Sr., a resident of Montgomery for 60 years and a member of the Church of Christ, died at 9:35 a.m., today at her home, 32 Mobile Street, following a brief illness. Surviving are two sons, John L. and Homer T. Fitzpatrick, both of Montgomery; two brothers, Archie Manning, Moscow, Ohio, and Ollie P. Manning, Bethel, Ohio; five sisters, Mrs. J. A. Lyon and Mrs. T. B. Broadway, Sr., both of Montgomery; Mrs. E. M. Davis, Brewerton; Mrs. J. O. Lewis, Mr. Orab, Ohio, and Mrs. E. M. McQuitty, Hillsborough, Ohio, and four grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m.. Tuesday from White Chapel, Minister Clyde Fulmer, officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
