Born in Maxatawny Township, she was the daughter of the late Herbert S. and Erma M. (Fegley) Adam.
Adam was employed for 32 years as a seamstress by Deisher Knitting Mills, Kutztown, retiring in 1982.
She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Kutztown.
Surviving are two brothers, Kermit F. Adam, Topton, and Sterling H. Adam, Kutztown.
Services will be Thursday at 10:30 a.m. in the Ludwick Funeral Homes Inc., Kutztown. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Kutztown.
