Raymond C. Anderson, age 69, of Mousie, Kentucky, died Saturday,
December 17, 2005, at his home in Coburn, Virginia.
He was born on November 25, 1935, the son of the late Holland &
Mamie Pilkerton Anderson.
He is preceded in death by his parents; four brothers: Nelson
Anderson, Hershel Booth, Leon Booth & Delmar Booth; and two sisters: Unalee
Bacon & Belvie Booth.
He is survived by his wife: Emma Lee Short Anderson; two sons:
Randy (Vicky) Anderson of Trinity, North Carolina & Steven Short of Mousie,
Kentucky; two daughters Janet (James) Presnell of Sophia, North
Carolina and Lynn Anderson (Billy) Ussery of High Point, North Carolina; 17
grandchildren & 11 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted Monday, December 19, 2005, at 7
p.m., at the Ball Branch Old Regular Baptist Church, Mousie, Kentucky,
with Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating. Burial followed in the
Liberty Road Baptist Church Cemetery in Asheboro, North Carolina under
the direction of Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.
