I believe this is Mary Polly Martin (1837- somewhere between 1870-75).
She went by Polly, lived and died in the area. Both her parents are in this cemetery: Henry J. Martin (1780-1859), and Elizabeth "Betsey" Grant (1761-1825)
Polly's second and last husband was Robert Weasmer.
