Arlene (Finley) Billings was born on June 6, 1934 in Cookville, Tennessee, the
daughter of Arnold Finley and Jesse (Castleman) Finley.
She was married to Josh Billings and was retired from a career in which she
served as the Chief of Security for the Fort Campbell Exchange. Arlene was also
a member of Northeast Baptist Church.
A resident of Clarksville, Tennessee, she was 83 years old when she passed away
at home on October 16, 2017.
Arlene was preceded in death by her parents and by her husband, while survivors
included two daughters; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and a
sister and brother.
Celebration of Life Services were held at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson
Funeral Home, and burial was in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
