Tom P. McGee Tom P. McGee, 94 of Woodlake, California, passed away on March 20, 2014. He was preceded in death by his wife Louise. Together they resided in Woodlake for over 62 years. Tom was born on December 28, 1919 in Loraine, Texas and was the son of David & Dora McGee. His family moved to Woodlake in 1931 & he graduated from Woodlake High School in 1938. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1941-1945. He was active in the Woodlake Volunteer Fire Dept for over three decades & was one of the founding members of the Woodlake Lions Club in 1947. Tom worked for many years at the Woodlake School District and retired in 1982. Graveside service with Navy honors Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at 1 PM Woodlake District Cemetery.
